It is important to wash your hands
To avoid getting sick and spreading illness to others, is to frequently wash your hands or to use alcohol-based hand sanitizers. By washing or sanitizing your hands before preparing food or eating, treating wounds, giving medicine or caring for a sick or injured person, can help to prevent the spread of bacteria, viruses and other microbes.
1. Wash your hands
The best way is to wash your hands with running water and soap. Using Betasan Antibac Hand Soap, lather your hands with soap and water and rub your hands together for at least 20 seconds, including the back of your hands, wrists and between your fingers as well as underneath your fingernails. Rinse well with water then dry your hands with one of Hymed’s Hand Towel Products.
2. Use hand sanitizer
When soap and water is not available, hand sanitizers are an acceptable alternative. Add enough BetaSpray Liquid Hand Sanitizer or Betasan Gel Hand Sanitizer to the palm of your hand and rub until completely dry.
